The Ball Spline is a recirculating ball guide. This innovative product uses a ball bearing running in a shaft groove. The resulting contact allows for high load capability than conventional linear bushings with the added advantage of torque transmission while undertaking the linear movements.
Caged Ball Spline SLS/SLF
The adoption of the ball cage enables the circulating motion of evenly spaced balls to be maintained and highspeed response to be achieved. In addition, it eliminates collision and mutual friction between balls, and realizes low noise, pleasant running sound and low particle generation. As the grease retention is increased, long-term maintenance-free operation is also realized.
High Torque Model LBS
This Ball Spline model offers both radial and torque load ratings together with high angular rigidity in one nut because the spline shaft has 3 crests equidistantly arranged at 120 degrees on the circumference.
LBS, LBF, LBH, LBST, LBR
Medium Torque Model LT
This Ball Spline has a good load capacity in both the radial and torque directions since the spline shaft has 2 to 3 crests on the circumference, each supported by 2 rows (4 or 6 rows in total) of balls.
Rotary with Gears Model LBG
This model has gear teeth on the nut circumference with radial and thrust needle bearings integrated on the spline nut as a compact unit. This Ball Spline is designed for a torque transmission with spline nut drive.
Rotary Model LTR
This Ball Spline model provides a spline nut with integated support bearings that allows for differential rotation within a compact design.
