THK's Koufu plant is in the center of the Koufu basin in Yamanashi
Prefecture, Japan's grape- and peach-growing country. It is
one of THK's main plants for manufacturing ball screws and unit
parts, the foundation of THK's offerings. THK was one of the
first companies in the industrial park to adopt zero-emission
activities. As part of our environmental effort, we asked employees
to send in environmental slogans. We used a selection of those
slogans on posters displayed all over the plant, to encourage
all employees to participate in our environmental activities.
