In the sale of our products and/or the related technological
matters for the export purposes from Japan, it is our basic
policy to comply with the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade
Control Law and other related laws and control orders.
It is kindly advised to consult us in advance for exporting
nothing but our products form Japan.
2. List of THK Products for "List Control" checking
Excluding very limited products, almost all of THK products
are not the ones subject to "gList Control", refer to List of
,s,g,j Products for "List Control" checking. However,
depending upon its application and/or objective area/country
to be exported, "Catch-all Control" is to be applied. In such
case it is kindly advised to make necessary arrangement for
export such as application for Export License, under your study
and decision.
4. Request for issuing "the certificate of non-conformity"
for THK products
The request for issuing "the certificate of non-conformity"
for THK products is only accepted through THK's Sales organization
due to its characteristics and control administration. When
such certificate (of non-conformity or non-applicable) is required,
please contact your THK sales agent. It is essential to advise
us the concrete information for the product(s) such as objective
of use, end user, area/country to be exported to. It will take
time if such information is not sufficient or not clear enough.
