Can an LM Guide be used in an environment with ozone?
Standard models of LM Guide have components made with resin and rubber materials, which can be corroded by ozone. (Retainers, seals, end plates)
We recommend using a Full-Ball type LM Guide without a seal and changing to metal end plates.
Grease is also subject to deterioration, so consider shortening the lubrication interval.
