If a cage becomes misaligned in a cross-roller guide or ball guide, is it possible for rolling elements to fall out?
Stoppers are attached to the end of the rail to prevent them from falling out, but frequent collisions of the cage against the stoppers can wear out the stoppers or loosen their mounting screws, allowing the cage to fall out.
We recommend installing an external mechanical stopper to prevent overstroke and collisions between the cage and the stoppers on the rail.
