What is the allowable speed limit of the LM Stroke?
The allowable speed limit can be obtained from the following expression.
DN ≥ dm•n + 10 x Ls•n1
dm: Diameter of ball pitch circle
Ls: Length of stroke
n: Number of revolutions per minute
n1: Number of reciprocating motions per minute
In this case, the following DN value can be used as a guideline, depending on the lubrication condition.
Oil lubrication: DN = 600000
Grease lubrication DN = 300000
Take the following into account.
n1 ≤ 5000
Ls•n1 ≤ 50000
