Standard surface treatment of slide rails is electrogalvanizing (trivalent chromate treatment). The Model E and D slide rails made of aluminum are treated by white alumite processing as standard. With the Model E36RS sliders, electrogalvanizing (trivalent chromate treatment) and white alumite processing are standard for the slider and rail, respectively.
