The Roller Follower is a compact, high rigidity bearing. It has a needle bearing built in and is used as a guide roller for cam mechanism and linear motion. The outer ring, which rotates in direct contact with the mating surface, is thick and designed so that it bears heavy loads. A needle roller with a precision cage built in the outer ring prevents skew of rollers and provides excellent rotational performance so that the outer ring can withstand high speed rotation.
