Is there any way of learning (inspection method) the state of deterioration of LM guides on equipment that has been used for a long time?
Check the following as LM guide inspection items: - Abnormalities (flaking or scratching) in raceway? - Lubricant adhering to raceway? - Metal fragments near raceway (flakes, etc. on raceway surface)? If an abnormality occurs - Accuracy (positional accuracy, running accuracy) becomes out of order - Quality of machined surfaces drops (machine tool, etc.) - Abnormal sound, vibration, etc. occurs. Check the above items during inspection.
