I can operate the TSC/TLC/THC driver controllers using the I/O, but I cannot operate them using the PC setup tool D-STEP or the digital operator TDO-N. What should I do?
To issue commands from the PC setup tool D-STEP or the digital operator TDO-N, you must set the function mode to MANU. Please check that the mode switch on the front of the controller is not set to AUTO.
Also, if the mode switch is set to MANU and it does not work, the enable switch may not have been pressed. (Digital operator TDO-N only)
As a default setting for safety reasons, the parameter’s enable function is activated.
Either press the enable switch on the back of the digital operator TDO-N or deactivate the TDO enable function in the parameter settings.
