Under what operating conditions is the equivalent moment factor used?
It is used when one rail has either a single LM block or two LM blocks in close contact with each other mounted onto it. When a moment acts on blocks arranged this way, the loads acting on the ends of the LM blocks are greater than those acting on their centers. For this reason, the moment value must be multiplied by the equivalent moment factor when calculating the load.
