We want to use type HCR in a vacuum. Is it possible to manufacture stainless type HCR?
At present, we have no stainless type HCR. If you use them in a vacuum, we recommend that you to replace the current end plate with a metal one (types HCR15 to HCR35 are made of stainless and types HCR45 and HCR65 are made of aluminum), remove the seal, and give the AP-HC treatment to the block and rail. The maximum operating temperature is up to approximately 120°C.
