What precautions are there to follow when using an LM Guide in a joined specification.
The LM Guide runs whole imposing a load. For this reason, when the LM Block passes a join, the balls strike against the edges, and are scratched or damaged in other ways, which sometimes seriously affects their service life.
(1) Install the LM Guide so that joins are as small as possible. (2) Install so that there are no differences in level on the raceway at joins.
