LM Guide

Ball Screw

The Ball Screw is a high-efficiency method of converting rotary motion to linear motion by using a recirculating ball mechanism between the screw shaft and the nut. Compared with a conventional sliding screw, the ball screw requires driving torque of one-third or less, making it ideal for saving drive motor power.

Linear Bushing

The Linear Bush is a ball based linear guide which is used in combination with an cylindrical shaft. This product provides linear movements with a minimum of frictional resistance to provide accurate simple movement.

Cam Follower

The cam follower or track roller is a compact and highly rigid bearing with a shaft. It contains needle rollers and is used as a guide roller for cam mechanisms or straight motion.

Cross Roller Table

The Cross-Roller Table is a compact, high-precision, high-rigidity, limited travel linear guide unit using integral cross-roller guides. This design offers ease of installation and provides a high accuracy linear guiding mechanism.

Cross Roller Guide

The Cross-Roller Guide is a limited stroke non-recirculating linear guide assembly that can be equiped with rolling elements. This provides high rigidity and is particularly suitable where simple movement is required.

There is also a version of this guide that uses ball rolling elements.

Precision Linear Pack

The Precision Linear Pack is a superbly thin and lightweight recirculating ball linear guide. The main body is manufactured from precision formed plate which is heat treated and ground to provide a basis of this cost effective highly accurate guide.

Support Unit

The Support Units are required to support the ball screw shaft. They are available to suit any design adopted and are provided in six types. Models EK, FK, EF, and FF, which are for standard Ball Screw assembly provided with finished shaft ends, and models BK and BF, which are standardized for ball screws in general. The Support Unit on the fixed side contains a JIS Class 5-compliant angular contact ball bearings adjusted to preload.
