Cross-Roller Guide with Cage Alignment System Product Lineup Expanded: Introducing the Model VRG6 and the Model VRG6E

The lightly moving cross-roller guide is a finite stroke linear guide composed of precision rollers held in an orthogonal orientation by a cage that is assembled onto a dedicated rail. This product achieves accurate motion and maintains cage alignment through the use of THK's proprietary rack and pinion system. It is suited for use in semiconductor and other electronic component manufacturing equipment as well as optical measuring instruments, and a high level of demand is expected in fields even beyond traditional office automation equipment and peripheral devices.

THK is now adding the new Models VRG6 and VRG6E to its existing lineup of the standard Models VRG2, 3, and 4.
The Model VRG6 can easily replace the current Cross-Roller Guide Model VR6, as it has the same mounting dimensions. It also features more rollers than the Model VR, resulting in a higher basic load rating and greater rigidity.
