THK Technical Support Site and Online Store Site Have Been Merged into THK Online Services

Thank you for using the THK Technical Support Site and Online Store Site.
Effective June 1, 2026, the Technical Support Site and Online Store Site have been integrated into our new platform: THK Online Services. As part of this transition, we are introducing two membership types to better serve our customers.

◆THK Online Store Member
Access the online store, CAD data (for store products only), and a subset of THK Online Services features.

◆THK Online Services Full Member
Access all current Technical Support Site features, including calculation tools, CAD data, and Online Store Member contents. New information and services will be available as they are released.

• Personal email addresses (e.g., gmail.com, yahoo.com) are generally not accepted for Full Member registration. Exceptions may be made if your organization does not have a domain email address — please email marketing@thk.com and include explanation of your circumstances when applying.
• Applications may be denied due to incomplete information, if the applicant is in a competing or related business, or due to a previously deleted account, per the Terms of Service.
• All other membership matters are governed by the THK Terms of Service.

If your account meets the requirements above, you can continue using your existing account — simply reset your password.
Password resets are available until December 7, 2026. After that date, you will need to register as a new member.
Important: If your account does not meet the requirements — including use of a personal email address or incomplete registration information — access will be discontinued in early June 2026.
