Structure of CKSF
Low Dust-Generating Structure Ideal for Clean Environments
The new full-cover structure eliminates contact with the top surface of the strip seal, resulting in a design that minimizes dust generation. In addition, the clean-specification one-touch tube fitting KPQL (manufactured by SMC Corporation) is adopted, and suction significantly reduces dust emission. Depending on the suction inside the linear actuator and the conditions of use, cleanliness equivalent to ISO 14644-1:2015 Class 4 is achieved. The suction fitting can be mounted on either the left or right side.
