GLM20AP is a high-thrust, high-speed linear motor featuring proprietary magnet and coil designs optimized for maximum mechanical efficiency. The non-contact drive mechanism eliminates wear, reducing maintenance requirements, while the extremely low particle generation makes it suitable for cleanroom environments. Available in three sizes (S/M/L) to match your application, with a maximum speed of 3 m/s, a maximum payload of 134.6 kg, and support for multiple sliders on a single axis.

GLM20AP (TDP Driver)

Paired with THK's servo driver exclusively designed for the GLM, the system delivers seamless integrated control and comprehensive support. Compatible with line-driver input (EIA-422), it ensures high noise immunity and stable signal transmission.
UL certified.

GLM20AP (with Yaskawa, Mitsubishi Drivers)

Combination sets with Yaskawa and Mitsubishi servo drivers are also available. Compatible with absolute control and fieldbus communication, enabling flexible integration into existing systems. Please contact THK for further details.

For the linear motion guide, an LM Guide SSR with ball retainer is employed. The ball retainer eliminates ball wear caused by mutual friction between balls, achieving low noise, excellent sound quality, long-term maintenance-free operation, extended service life, and outstanding high-speed performance
