The RK Series features dual SHS20 guides on a 100×200mm aluminum extrusion base with rack and pinion drive. Achieves long stroke, high-speed operation, and multi-slider capability. Includes standard cable carriers. U.S.-assembled for quick delivery. Ideal for small to medium robot applications.
Designed specifically for RTU integration with cobot sizes ranging from FANUC CRX5 to CRX10L, the RK linear actuator employs a ground rack mechanism to deliver quiet, reliable operation.

Structure
Combining a caged ball LM Guide with a robust aluminum base, the RK linear actuator offers versatility across numerous applications through optional configurations such as a cable track, bellows cover, gearbox, and sensors.
Optimal for Long Stroke High Speed Conveyance
A maximum stroke of 4350 mm* is possible due to the
rack-pinion drive method.
A maximum travel speed of 3400 mm/s is possible when an AC
servomotor.

Long Service Life and Long Term Maintenance-Free Operation
Built-in Caged Ball LM Guide model SHS.
Long service life
and long term maintenance-free operation are possible because
there is no mutual friction between the balls and grease
retention is improved due to the effect of the caged ball.
QZ Lubricator is availabe as option.
The QZ Lubricator
supplies an optimal amount of lubricant to the raceway of the
LM rail, substantially extending maintenance intervals.
* For Model TY, the QZ Lubricator is equipped on a single side only for each LM block.
