Cross-Roller Ring / Double Row Ring

Cross-roller rings are roller bearings with high rotational accuracy that are capable of receiving a load in any direction.
The orthogonal arrangement of cylindrical rollers is capable of receiving loads in any direction.

Types

With the Cross-Roller Ring, cylindrical rollers are arranged with each roller perpendicular to the adjacent roller, in a 90° V groove, separated from each other by a spacer retainer. This design allows just one bearing to receive loads in all directions including radial, axial and moment loads.

High rigidity and high precision are realized by increasing the number of rollers through the use of double rows.
High rigidity and wobbling accuracy specifications make it ideal for rotating mechanisms of multitasking machines.
