Structure of the Full-Roller LM Guide
The sides of the LM rail have raceways that come into contact with the rollers at a 45° angle.
Four-Way Equal Load
Each row of rollers is arranged at a contact angle of 45° so that the LM block receives an equal load rating in all directions (radial, reverse-radial, and horizontal), ensuring high rigidity in all directions.
The LM block is designed to have the same basic load rating in all four directions (radial, reverse-radial, horizontal).
As a result, this model can be used in any orientation, enabling a wide variety of applications.
A contact angle of 45° is used so that the basic load rating is equal in all directions: radial, reverse-radial, and horizontal.
This model is equally suited for use in a horizontal orientation and any other orientation.
Super-High Rigidity and Super-Heavy Loads
The HRX is an LM Guide that uses rollers as a rolling element for higher rigidity. Also, compared to our existing roller products, we have extended the length of the metal LM block and increased the number of load-bearing rollers to achieve an improved static load rating.
Long Service Life
The Model HRG uses rollers as the rolling element, granting it a longer service life than even THK’s previous miniature LM Guide products. In addition, the use of rollers enables it to achieve high rigidity.
