Our Philosophy
We contribute to society through our corporate activities and strive to achieve the creation of a sustainable and affluent society. Our business activities are centered around the task of solving social challenges, and we generate value for all of our stakeholders.
Integrated Maintenance Management System
Against a backdrop of aging equipment and labor shortages due to an aging population and declining birthrate, the world of maintenance continues to rely on paper and Excel and struggles with individual variability in performance. Information silos contribute to frequent unplanned downtime and production losses that drag down a company's competitiveness, so to overcome these challenges and achieve continuous improvements, it is essential to have digitalization deeply rooted in the production floor.
Our Integrated Maintenance Management System centralizes maintenance data and visualizes the operation status of equipment in a cloud environment. This system accelerates maintenance inspections and approvals, facilitates the use of knowledge accumulated through maintenance records, and enables the stable and efficient operation of equipment.
Furthermore, we capitalize on the long years of experience we possess as the top manufacturer of the LM Guide to design the system to serve the needs of the production floor and to support users as they get it up and running so their production challenges can be addressed.
Utilizing AI predictive failure detection to conduct maintenance activities using the PDCA methodology helps boost equipment utilization and reduce costs. In addition, this system mitigates individual variability, promotes the transmission of knowledge, and accelerates digital transformation (DX) on the production floor.
Beyond the benefits it provides in terms of boosting sustainability and competitiveness within the manufacturing industry, this solution will improve productivity throughout the industry, which in turn will help mitigate social challenges.

Remote Monitoring and Control System for Small Sluice Gates
The Japanese agricultural industry is experiencing major issues with labor shortages and an aging workforce on top of increased natural disasters caused by global warming. Further exacerbating the situation is increased strain being placed on local communities due to the difficulties of maintaining and managing irrigation infrastructure. The management of sluice gates has also forced a heavy burden onto local farmers, who at times have had to travel far distances to operate sluice gates in the middle of rainstorms on a purely volunteer basis. To solve this problem, we have developed the Remote Monitoring and Control System for Small Sluice Gates. This system utilizes a small, lightweight electric actuator that can be installed on existing small sluice gates and that is powered by a solar panel and a battery. Thanks to its use of an independent power source and a remote communication network, it can be installed even in places without power or communication lines, and users can open or close sluice gates remotely through a smartphone or tablet. Efficiency and ease of installation are hallmarks of this system, because it is easy to install anywhere. This technology improves safety during heavy rains, reduces the burden on farmers, saves on labor, and supports the efficient use of local water resources. In addition, it helps reduce the risk of a disaster occurring from heavy rain, preserve local communities, and strengthen the ability of irrigation infrastructure to fulfill the versatile role it serves.
